Someone with good close up vision and a tiny pair of scissors can select individual hairs to remove. But hairy legs are usually attractive.

well, you could consider laser hair removal... any serious place will tell you that after one or maybe two sessions there will be less hair but not all removed...
that would reduce the amount of hair on your legs (or anywhere else you might want that)
