5/ those who tell me what to eat, even for medical reasons-

I'm diabetic, I know what I need to do, and do not need any advise from anyone, and if I want any input I will ask my doctor. Food police are never appreciated and in fact food advise from freinds and family, however well intentioned, often make me want to do the opposite.
