A Company called me last thursday for interview and I missed call...?

I returned the call like 20 minutes later. She didn't call back. I called friday afternoon but she left for the afternoon. So her voice message said to call another HR person. I did and the HR person said she would give her the message. It's monday morning afternoon and she hasn't called me back. Should I call back? I really want this interview and this job.

I suggest you call back... the thing can only get better.. either you get the interview scheduled or get a thanks... either way you're better off than now...

I would wait a little bit - if she was out on Friday afternoon and just getting back in today - Mondays are usualy a planning and catch up day. Give a call on Tuesday around 10am.

Yes, I would say waiting through the morning is sufficient time to let her call you back, I would call again. Be very calm and friendly when you do so you don't come off as impatient.
