Yup. Hewlett Pakard...I kept being transfered and when I finally got to talk to someone in tech support (after close to two hours), they gave me useless information. So now, never again will I purchase anything from HP!

My suggestion I would recommend you to go for a refurbished laptops These refurbished laptops are great and awesome in condition as well as comes with good warranty. The main reason for purchasing a refurbished laptop is that they are cheap and plus you get what you are looking for. So some of the refurbished laptops are there just check it out

Yeah, I like calling Tech Support because I need help and can't understand one word they are saying because the job was out sourced to India or some other place.
