There will be no place to watch the Bears game or any TV at all at EPCOT. There's no place in any of the four theme parks to watch the Bears game. And there's no Irish pub at EPCOT - I have no idea what that guy above is talking about. But there is the ESPN Club at Disney's Boardwalk. The restaurant has over 100 monitors. They're even in the bathrooms! So, I'm positive your wife could watch the Bears game there, and not miss a second of it. If you go to EPCOT or the Disney-MGM Studios there is a walkway that leads to Disney's Boardwalk Inn and the Boardwalk, so you two could take a break from the parks to have lunch at the ESPN Club if you'd like, and it's easy to get there. It's a great restaurant - one of my favorites at Walt Disney World.
Hope I could help! Have fun!
* BeachGal - The ESPN Zone is at Disneyland in California, the ESPN Club is at Walt Disney World in Florida. As a "former Cast Member" you should know that. And in case you didn't notice, I already mentioned the ESPN Club. And actually, the All Star Cafe at Disney's All Star Sports Resort is very much out of the way from most of the parks, and you can only get there by bus (which would take a good deal of time out of the day.)

There is an ESPN Restaurant on Disney's Boardwalk. The Boardwalk is located right behind EPCOT and is a five minute walk from the International Gateway EPCOT entrance.

Yes sir, you are in luck. You can walk(it'll take about 5-10 minutes) from the Epcot World Showcase's "International Gateway" to Disney's Boardwalk where the ESPN Club is where you'll want to be. The International Gateway is BETWEEN THE UNITED KINGDOM PLAZA AND THE FRANCE PLAZA. Simply exit via the International Gateway, get your hand stamped, then proceed straight ahead, passing the Friendship boats docking area. The path will start to rise. You'll want to take the first RIGHT, taking you OVER THE BRIDGE, and the ESPN Club is actually the very first Boardwalk location you will encounter on your left. It is exceedingly easy to get there from Epcot. It would be a very good idea to get priority seating at the ESPN Club prior to your arrival. Simply call (407)WDW-DINE to make this priority seating.

Yes - get your hand stamped and head over to either Disney's Boardwalk Resort or the Official All Star Cafe - located at Disney's World of Sports Complex.
At The Boardwalk, you will find the ESPN Zone, where you can watch any game you like! Be sure to try their buffalo wings - they are the best I think I've ever had!

Reading the publication instead of seeing the movie is the best way to see what the author designed. Reading uses your imagination, hones your reading skills, and can make your vocabulary

Upon entering Epcot, turn left and walk around the circle until you come upon the Irish pub.
