Suffrage is usually meant as WOMEN'S suffrage and therefore it is Susan B Anthony. I suggest you do your homework though and learn about things on your own. I'm sorry but this question seems too easy to not sound like it is a school thing.
Oh as to why it sounds silly if you were older that is simple. Most who would ask a question for a trivia type aspect look at the choices. John Glenn was known as an astronaut. Sitting Bull was a famous Indian Chief. Gerald Ford was the President, and just died. Now Sitting Bull was a WAR Chief, or at least remembered as one. So he wouldn't have been involved with suffrage. Yeah the Native Americans were to some degree associated with sufferage, although not really remembered with it, but not the War Chiefs. As to Ford, well what most call suffrage was over before him and Glenn were even born.
