I heard one say that that statement is not true or possible. Why I've came up with some conclusions to why, but i'm not sure about it

Well, you have to consider...what is average? Are you basing it on tickets per year, accidents per year, road rage, the occurence of people using turn signals, turning on headlights when it's foggy? There are too many variables in there. Your statement is your perception of yourself. So there's nothing to quantify it.

Me, I'd call myself an OK driver. I don't like it, but it's a necessary evil and I just avoid tickets and accidents and try to be nice on the road. Whether that makes me better or worse than anyone is totally subjective.
