i have a pc card but no pc card port?

do they sell a pci to usb so the the wireless card can plug it to that and the plug it into the usb port (I have an Ibook)

Yes they do...check www.compusa.com or any big computer parts store..

From what I gather from you question, You have a video "pci" card that you want to install in your laptop (ibook)?.

No such thing. If you want a wireless USB adaptor, buy a wireless USB adaptor.
