plz explain the physiology behind it.. wt modification has enabled this feature??

Also, the cardiac muscles are unique cells found only in the heart. They do fatigue however with age and use/abuse but very gradually, eg enlarged heart. Being an involuntary muscle the brain lacks conscious control over the organ and there are no nerve cells there to indicate fatigue.

It's because there's no build up of lactic acid in the muscle.
