OF COURSE!!!!!!!!!
Lots of very attractive people have low self-esteem physically, because there are things about their bodies that they wish they could change, and are very unsatisfied with themselves. But on another level, many attractive people can have low self-esteem about their intelligence and/or personalities. Some of them don't feel that they are smart enough or that other people may not be too pleased with certain aspects of their personalities.

Oh my goodness yes.. Being considered good looking does not mean you have any self esteem. It just means you are good looking. Self Esteem comes from within, how we feel about ourselves inside.. A good looking individual can be beat down so much in life (emotionally) that when they are grown, they are still good looking, but without self esteem.
I think this is a huge problem with the Hollywood crowd.. Just look at these people, beautiful but oh so messed up.

Of course.
Self-esteem is based on one's self perceptions and assessments. Just because others tell you that you are attractive and good looking, it does not mean that you believe it fully.
Self-esteem is based on many aspects of your life and self perception, not just your looks (although physical appearance certainly influence a good lot of it these days).

Absolutely. Anyone can have low self esteem.
Think about it, nobody is perfect, so everyone can find something in themself to look down on and hate.

"Good looking" is totally up to the viewer. If a lot of people think the person is attractive, then they're considered 'good looking.'
So... if the person was raised with no or very little affirmations or was criticized a lot, they could very easily think little of themself.

No - it can't just be linked to physical appearance.
There are many cases where good looking people have high ego and arrogance.
Its the mental direction in which they move
