Where do moths go in the winter?

Not far enough away. I hate moths and that powdery dust they give off when you touch them

Most butterflies and moths spend the winter as pupas, sheltered inside their cocoons, hatching out in the spring. Others spend the winter months sheltering in crevices or cracks in trees and wall, etc. Among those that winter in this way there is a large mortality rate

They die. New pupae hatch out in Spring.

...they fly south...south of what i am not certain...but south will be in there somewhere....lol...
