any software can help me when i am browsing webs and if i don't sure about bad sites and software tell me this site is bad (site have virus) even when i am some download?, i use Firefox

May be easier to practice "safe computing", i.e. don't surf porn! :)

But really, most antivirus packages have in-memory option that scans for malicious downloads. You just need to keep them updated to the latest definitions. Firefox also have AdBlock which, when combined with Filter.G (look in the extensions, add more extensions) will filter out most ads and porn sites.

McAfee SiteAdvisor will help you with bad sites. If you try to go to one it will warn you and ask if you really want to view it.
