Without seeing your actual question, I can't give any great explanation, but I have a few general tips for geometry, and learning math in general.
1) Use your teacher for help. To get the most out of discussions with your teacher, either during class or during tutorial hours, try doing a problem on your own, and note exactly where you get stuck. Often there will be several steps you are sure you have right, and then either you don't know how to proceed, or aren't sure you're doing the right thing. Paying attention to this and to what you're thinking as you try to solve the problem can help you communicate better with your teacher to get a better explanation out of him/her.
2) With Geometry, it's often useful to think of yourself as an engineer with a bunch of tools, like the Pythagorean theorem, the fact that all angles in the triangle add up to 180, properties of isosceles triangles, the fact that any two sides of the triangle must be longer than the third side, etc, in your pocket.
Your job is to look at a Geometry problem, figure out what basic materials the problem gives you (a picture? angle measurements? side measurements?), and then figure out what the problem asks you to find. Then, use the tools you have to shape what they give you into what you want.
3) And this is related to (2). It might help to list out all the rules you know, just like laying all your tools on the table, so that you can see them all at once.
4) Also related: when you're completely stuck, sometimes it helps to list out, in bullet form, all of the information the problem gives you. For example:
- right triangle
- side AB = BC
- angle A = 60 degrees
etc.
Stick with it, ask questions, and have faith in yourself. You'll get it eventually!

An example or more specifics would help. Are you talking about right triangles or just any triangles. Are you talking about having two sides length given and then have to find the third side (A^2 + B^2 = C^2). Or are you talking about SOH CAH TOA (sin is opposite div. by hypotenuse, cos is adjacent div. by hypotenuse, and tan is opposite over adjacent)?
I hope that helps some, but I doubt it since I'm not sure what you're looking for.

in certainty, the only ingredient that i will locate in elementary with sacred geometry and alchemy is they the two manage varieties of spirituality. Sacred geometry deals with using geometric varieties and shapes in the layout and shape of church homes, temples, mosques or everywhere of religious amassing. those particular shapes propose particular issues, observing the religion or perception device. as an instance, the pentagram in Christianity refers back to the 5 senses. In Catholicism, it could each and every so often seek advice from the devil, or the Evil One. Alchemy deals with the attitude of turning metals into gold, employing chemical components and technological understanding. even nevertheless, Alchemy is likewise a perception in looking the terrific understanding by using chemistry. hence, alchemy is a spirituality all its very own. All in all, the only ingredient that i will see in elementary between the two is they the two manage a variety, or varieties, of spirituality.
