I wanted to make my made up team play against others but I can not find the cheats for it. What are some other cheats and what do they do?

Because the school computers are blockading game sites, I can not see the cheats on the web. Could someone include them in their post?

where you select your team
there will be a little place with a icon saying:
press ___ to load team.
then select your team from the memory card or harddrive
then it will load and it will be the team that u can play as
but you must to this everytime if you wish to play as it.
