At the "Hung Chow" Chinese Restaurant, up the street, it is a stringy dark meat.

I cant believe you would ask that question. Hamsters are pets.
They don't deserve to have that question asked.
They make wonderful pets. I had one when I was younger and he made a great pet.
He responded to me in such a cool way, he would sit up and wait for me to give him cheerios. and hold it like a donut to eat it.
My grandpa and grandma loved him. They let him out of his cage at breakfast time and he would sit on the corner of the desk and wait for grandma to give him his little piece of toast with jam on it.
They are good pets.

They have both lean and fatty cuts. Just like a rabbit or a pig.
