I have 3 boys and I pay c s a for them
But she wont let me see my boys anymore just because I have a girlfriend this has been going on for a year now (have been with new girlfriend 11 months)
They used to come to our house but since shes asked r divorce she wont let them come and now all because I have asked for 15% of the house when the boys grow up
Should I take her to court to force her to let me see my boys or should I leave it
And do you think it is right that a father who wants to see and provide should be forced top pay her full c s a payments or do you think they should give her less untill she lets me see them

she is the one taking care of the children and they live with her, you have a responsibility to provide for them, it is wrong that she is not letting you see them, but just because she isnt letting you see them at the present time doesnt mean that she should be getting less money to provide for the children, they still need to be taken care of, the best thing you can do is take her to court and file or ask the judge to grant you joint custody...

stop whining about your child support payments. shes taking care of 3 boys while youre prancing around with your girlfriend. just go to court and get a custody agreement. the end.

They your kids? well sorry but you have to provide for them wether they stay with her or not.
yes you do have rights to see them she cant stop you

just try and talk calmly to her about access dont go threatening her with court battles,if your nice about it she may accept on her terms,

if you've tried evertyhing
then say you may need to settle the matter in court
