E-Bay if you wanted to get the most money for it I would think.
Many pawn shops have more tennis bracelets than they know what to do with and won't offer much for them (unless, of course, there's something very different/unique about it)

If it valuable have it appraised where it was bought or at another jewelers. Make sure you tell them it is for insurance purposes, they are more honest then. Then you know how much it is worth, and have a round about figure of how much you're willing to sell it for. If it's an imitation, it has very little worth and not worth selling. Give it to someone, or give it back to the giver. If all else fails, it will collect dust in your jewelry box.
