Note: I'm positive that I'm not pregnant.

I had my last period last october. Then,I didn't have after that. I'm so freaked out already coz maybe something is wrong with me. I'm certain that I can't be pregnant coz I still had my period after my last sexual encounter which was 4months ago.

That happened to me over the summer. I didn't have a period for 3 months. My tubes are tied, but the doctor told me to do a pregnancy test just to rule it out. They ended up doing an ultrasound, I had a couple of cysts on one of my ovaries. The cysts went away on their own and I started having normal periods again.

The obvious, pregnancy. Take a test to be sure. Your last period, after your last sexual encounter, may have not been a period at all but spotting that occurs in early pregnancy.

Sometimes a period is missed for absolutely no reason at all.
Other causes could be stress (too much causes a hormonal imbalance that will halt a period); experiencing a major life-changing event; over exercising or not eating a healthy enough diet. Believe it or not, sometimes just worrying about being pregnant can stop your period.

Since it's been two months, you should probably discuss it with your doctor to find the cause.

I've had some of the same issues you listed, skipped periods. Hormone imbalances are one thing, and sometimes drastic changes in your body..such as weight gain/loss or stress. You may need to see your doctor.
