What is your idea of a Fashion Hub?

What would you like to see in a fashion hub, where everything about fashion occurs. What is your wildest idea about it? How would you create it?

I'd love to see fashion created for everyone, not just the rich and skinny. Just because one doesn't make 7 figures a year and doesn't wear a size 2, doesn't mean they don't have an appreciation for fashion. In addition, I wouldn't give my clothes out to every two-bit starlet looking for freebies.
