Epcot Center, no doubt. Where else can you go to Mexico, buy a margarita, wander to Germany, have a beer, stop by Italy and partake in Limon Cello, and top it off with a glass of wine in France? Sounds like my kind of day!

EPCOT and the Disney-MGM Studios are two theme parks within Walt Disney World. Walt Disney World is not a theme park, it's an entire Resort Complexthat's the size of San Francisco (or twice the size of Manhattan - however you want to look at it), and it's home to four different theme parks, two water parks, Downtown Disney, and 25 different Resorts/Hotels. The four theme parks are the Disney's Animal Kingdom Park, the Disney-MGM Studios, EPCOT, and the Magic Kingdom. When you say "Disney World" do you mean the Magic Kingdom Park? I'm not quite sure.
Anyway, Walt Disney World is an excellent place for adults. My boyfriend and I go every summer. It's our favorite place to vacation! EPCOT and the Magic Kingdom are our favorite parks. EPCOT is more appreciated by adults than children. It has Future World and the World Showcase, and many of the attractions are educational, but still very fun. You should definitely see EPCOT if you haven't before. There's a lot of wonderuful shops and restaurants around the World Showcase, there's a lot of really great rides, like Mission: SPACE, Soarin', and Test Track, and at night there's a fireworks presentation, IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth, and it's really incredible. There's also an aquarium that's really cool, and there's a new Finding Nemo ride, and the characters are projected onto the glass of the tanks so it appears that they're swimming with the real sharks and fish. It's awesome.
All of the parks are great, though. Maybe you should check out the Walt Disney World website and see which park has the most attractions and stuff you'd like to see.

If cost is a consideration and you can only do one park, I'd reccomend Epcot. The Epcot theme park had lagged behind in excitement in the past, but recent additions of Mission Space, Soaring, and Test Track has improved it's popularity considerably with guests. Epcot's Illuminations fireworks show rivals the Magic Kingdom's in popularity. The international pavillions are a nice change of pace too, and there are a lot of dining options here although a bit overpriced. Also Epcot used to have an "Ice Station Cool" attraction near the big water fountain out front. I don't know if it is still there but you could get free self-serve sodas from around the world... a great attraction to visit on a hot day. The watermelon soda from China is the best!

EPCOT is the best, in my opinion, for adults. While EPCOT doesn't have many thrilling rides (with the exception of Soarin', and Mission Space), they do have amazing food, shows, and are the only Disney park where you can order alcohol, if you drink. Visit during EPCOT's International Food and Wine Festival (typically takes place in November) to try amazing food and wine from different countries!
For more thrilling rides, I recommend Animal Kingdom. They have great attractions like Dinosaur, Expedition Everest, Kilimanjaro Safari, Kali River Rapids, and more! They also have the best parade - Mickey's Jammin Jungle Parade and a new Finding Nemo show which was created by Broadway Producers and writers!

Actually all of the Orlando parks are heavily geared towards kids. We visited both Universal parks in about 4 hours and left, feeling bored and let down. Not much better at MGM and Epcot. If you have the time, it would be a lot better to drive to Busch Gardens in Tampa (it's about a 90-minute drive) where there are just a ton of grown-up rides. Plus the admission is lower!

I would deffinetly have to say Epcot. It is a lot more geared to teens and adults than children. There are many rides that are thrillers including Mission Space which is a G force ride! It is very amusing and fun! Also test track and many more! There is also great food there and many different "countries" to explore!!

I'm going to have to go with everyone else on this one and say Epcot can probably hold and adult's attention longer than the other three theme parks.

Epcot is mainly shopping malls. If you want a nice night out go down to Church Street. There is always something going on down there and its nice!

all are very good, but Epcot is probably the most "adult" oriented. you can visit a dozen different countries, and shop and eat in all of them.
