Honestly I can not sit still. I think this the problem most stay at home mothers have. I always feel like I have to be doing something. Even when my son is in the bed.

take deep breaths, i know this sounds simple but if you will sit and breathe in as deep as you can 10 times,, you wont want to stop....most people dont realize our bodies need a bigger breathe than we usually take, therefore our whole body is stressed, including your brain and we already know that is whats making you get up and fold those clothes when they probably not even completely dry yet, just try it, this is how i relax my mind before I pray and fall asleep

Try to read a book. That's what I did after everyone was asleep and everything that I thought had to be done was.
