In my dream I was wearing a white dressit wasnt a wedding dress...but it seemed that way....and I was looking great...and very peacful with myself . I was on a cousins wedding, though...what does this means?

white can be symbolic of many things. peace, purity, tranquility, clean conscience, openness, honesty... white is usually associated with what we perceive to be "good" things.
Something in or about to be in your life will bring you peace, like you mentioned. It will be very close to you (the dress being something you were wearing, therefore very close) and you will trust it.
Could be marriage, could be something about you, could be a circumstance or other relationship.

White usually means purity, even virginity, and the peaceful feeling you describe is associated with white as well. It sounds like you are just at a very good place in your life as far as your self esteem. You were just having a dream about how good things can be for you. I hope they are good!
