A sales teammate is a sales person for a company that wants to stress their employees working together. For a regular sales job, I would tell them in an interview that I love people and really enjoy selling stuff yepyepyep - but for a "sales teammate" job, I would add that I enjoy working closely with others, and give them some examples from your school of projects where you worked effectively with teammates (like group research or even better in this case group fund-raising, student government etc.). Examples where you helped work out problems, where you helped a team member and were ever so proud when they did really well after that, things along those lines. If you haven't done anything like this, try to look for opportunities to do it for the rest of your school time.

Applying for the job if it needs a resume is a very good idea - because it gives you your first experience in writing a resume, and you'll need that later. Put in your basic demographic information, your current school information, and if you have any awards, special activities and interests, or past regular arrangements with people other than your parents for babysitting/chores/etc. on a schedule, put those in, that's the starting point for someone your age. Basically, anything that shows you can work responsibly for an unbiased outsider. ^_^

While you're at it, find out more about the store and company so you can mention what you like about it in your interview.

It's just another dressed up way to say floor sales. You know like a stock boy or a grocery bagger is now called an "associate". But If they want a resume you gotta write one for them.

Someone that is a jerk. Is that really what you want to make of yourself? Really? Well fine, good for you. I hope you become the best jerk of all time. Be ready to fail for the rest of your life. Jerk.
