Personally I would move to Arizona. Although I am somewhat biased as I lived there for several years. The Pheonix metro area is one of the fastest growing cities in the US. The weather is hot and dry in the valley, but driving a few minutes will take you into the mountains where the temps are lots cooler and teh scenery is gorgous. AZ. is second in the nation in boat ownership per capita (consequently Florida is first), but this dispels the perception that Arizona is a baren desert. In fact there are many lakes with great fishing, boating and exploring potential. There is plenty of snow skiing as well. Unlike Florida the humidity is low with the exception of "monsoon season" where some rain falls and its gets a little sticky outside. During my time there I worked in construction, computers and owned a business. I never found employment to be a challenge. AZ. is a "right to work" state, thus there are no unions, so pay scales are slightly lower, but the cost of living is low as well. At 25 I owned a 1500 Sqft house and paid only 650 a month for the mortgage and insurance.
The times I visited Florida we pleasant, but I dont care for the humidity and constant tropical rains. I also have a slight issue with being shark bait, so enjoying the ocean is an issue. Teh lakes and gold courses are occupied with aligators, so swimming, fishing and sporting are an issue. ;o) on the upside...The Florida Marlins have Dontrelle Willis who is a superb pitcher. "Why the Cubs traded him is a mystery to me".
Miami is a nice city. A little expensive, but I love carribean cuisine. The crime is high though.

i like Arizona, yet i discover the cost of residing to be excessive. based upon the place you reside, your housing expenses could be as excessive as virtually the different city, yet there are additionally some deals obtainable in case you discover the marvelous place. be careful, however because of the fact there are some actual ghetto factors interior the Phoenix area. i discover groceries to be very excessive, their sales taxes are ridiculously excessive. Your A/C expenses would be excessive, yet then you definately've virtually no heating expenses, You keep lots on clothing for the reason which you do not elect the wintry climate clothing that we in New England elect. Your automobile will final longer for the reason which you have not have been given any ice, snow, and salt. site visitors is insane, and the drivers are, additionally. fairly some rapid, impatient drivers, fairly some duis, however the cost cameras have helped with the cost a sprint. There was once good excessive tech jobs in Phoenix, i'm undecided what there is now. i don't think of there are a number of jobs around, besides the shown fact that it relies upon on what style of job you're finding for. Arizona isn't fairly commonplace for top paying jobs in fairly some factors.homestead fees have come way down from what they have been 2 years in the past. Phoenix can get fairly heat interior the summertime, and notwithstanding i like the desolate tract plant life, you will possibly be able to miss the fairway and the trees. the fall, wintry climate, and spring may be the main luxury climate, the solar shines lots. i think you won't comprehend until you definitely attempt it to work out in case you like it. Be arranged for fairly some Mexicans and local human beings however, which would be a sprint stunning in case you have not have been given fairly some selection in Seattle
