You can buy an anti-fungal cream over the counter. It's the same cream you use for athlete’s foot. If it doesn't get better in about a month you may need to see your doctor for a prescription anti-fungal treatment.

Combination antibiotics and topical cream. My fiancee and I both had it off and on for years and finally we gave up and got the meds for it. They pills made both of us sick but neither of us has had a red spot on our skin for about 7 months. If you dont have it very badly the cream will work alone. But we kept reinfecting each other. I know it sounds gross but when you both work out every day and it spreads through skin contact...not a lot you can do.

You need to visit docs and get a prescription. Ringworm is very contagious too.

LOTRAMINE AF or any anti-fungal cream. however, if it's in the scalp or on the face you need to be treated by a doctor.
