Alot of things have happened to kids because of being on myspace if your parents do not want you on there then they probably have heard some bad things. They love you and want to keep you safe

1) Move out.
2) Buy your own computer.
3) Pay for your own Internet access.
And you're all set. :-)
More seriously, your best bet at this point is to ask your folks. As long as you're under their roof, using a computer and Internet access that they're paying for, you're just going to have to accept their rules. Asking them NICELY for a change is worth a try, though.
And by the way, don't try using a proxy site or hacking through the filter. If your parents catch you doing that (which they most likely will), you could find yourself with NO access to the Net, instead of restricted access.

Don't try to sneak behind their backs. Talk to them about in a mature manner, then maybe they'll see why you can be responsible. If you sneak around, you'll be proving you can't be trusted. Myspace can be a great thing, but you have to realize why they are concerned, there are a lot of nut cases out there,and they're worrried about you. Be happy that your parents love you enough to be concerned about your welfare. I know that's not what you want to hear, sorry.

Google a proxy server. This will provide an alternative URL to my space that may trick the block. You won't have full function of my space, but you will be able to communicate with your friends.
