Have you tried Rice Cereal yet? Start with that. The box tells you how to mix for the 1st time. Then start veggies, then fruits. Then try other cereals, like oatmeal...But always do one food at a time for 4 days to make sure there is no allergic reaction. Fruits,Fruit juices mixed with equal amount of water,mashed veggies like potato,carrot etc,rice+dhal mashed up well...

my baby started eating rice with soup at 4 months old and she loved eat try experimenting with rice or like mashed potatoes
gave her some overcooked broccoli so it'll be soft for her to snack on...

Slowly cooked and mashed friuts are good, particularly, pears or apples or cooked mashed pumpkin or potato.

They always say to do just one at a time so you can elimanate allergys.

Start with the cereals...rice, then oatmeal, then barley. After that start with the yellow fruits and veges.
