how do you get on when you pc has blocked it .. and cant get on or unlock it

google proxy servers. It will list many sites. This will make an alternative URL to My Space that will hopefully trick the block.

You can't.
If someone has blocked the site on your computer, the only thing to do is ask them why. If you really want to go on Myspace, go to a friend's house or to a library and use the computer there.
