superglue...they hardly use stitches anymore for small cuts. Just make sure you clean it well with alcohol and/or peroxide before you glue it shut. By the time the glue wears off, it should be healed.

I agree with the others...see your doctor. You don't want the open incision to heal that way, there is also a strong risk of infection.
