I fell pregnant whilst taking the pill, was having regular periods. I'd been having sore boobs for months to the point it was too painful to wear a bra, went to see Dr and this is when and how i found out i was 5 months pregnant. It all differs from woman to woman i have friends who never had any discomfort, good luck all the aches and pains are worth it in the end x
