Look locally for "plastic manufacturers." If it is simple or small, you may be able to manufacture it yourself.

The process you are seeking is probably injection molding which is done by having a mold of the part or parts you are looking to have made and melting plastic beads and injecting them into the mold, allowing it to cool and then taking them out of the mold. Check the internet for sites that do this in your area. I'll warn you, it isn't exactly cheap. Allot depends on the complexity of the parts and the manufacture of the molds themselves. If this is for a business you plan to be starting check out SCORE, it is affiliated with the Small Business Administration and will assist you with developing a business plan and contacts.
