know what type of clothes should i wear..i am thinking of long sleeved blouses to hide my very very thin arms..i wear very small blouses to create an illusion that i still have that meat in my body....
please give me advices in clothes that i have to wear these days ...
coz hopefully i will gain weight ..coz that's my plan this year...

Hey there. I have experienced that tops with horizontal lines seems to make you look meatier. Bold designs can do the trick too. If you're a jeans kind of person, hunt for jeans with wide back pockets or an extra flapon that pocket. Don't go for the tight fitted or too low-rise jeans. Instead go for a straight-cut or a slightly boot-legged. Try Levi's, they have good range of jeans for ladies. Do have a try-on and see how it will look on you. Ask for an honest and professional opinion when you try them on and coz most sales person just wanna sell their clothes and will agree on watever you say. Do apply the same for formal wear.
Since you say you're quite skinny..I might think that you have a skinny face as well. Let your hair down and u might wana consider a slightly wavy hair. Check out asian fashion magazine esp. the Korean and Japanese hair styles. They have the most up-to-date hair styles.

Hi! This used to be my same problem. I was 18 and I only weighed 85 lbs. I tried everything. I never had any type of eating disorders, my metabolism is very fast. I went to college and I gained 10 lbs. I recently hit 105 (the first time ever) after I got on a higher dose of birth control pills (ortho tricyclen). I am 24 and I weigh 110. I never skip breakfast or lunch or dinner and I snack in between. I have never dieted either. Some people are genetically thin. My mom and my sister are thin but not as thin. Give it time and you will gain weight just don't stress over it because stress doesn't help either. Be happy with yourself and your weight unless it is unhealthy. If it bothers you that much go see your doctor and he can direct you to what vitamins to take. Don't go by weight either, go by your body mass index (bmi). I know its nerve wrecking especially when people used to always ask me if I had an eating disorder. I once had a Dr ask me if I ate and if i kept it "down". I said I do not have any eating disorders. I do eat and I do keep it down. She apologized and I said that I wanted another Dr to help me. Mine was on vacation. Hope this helps.

I had the same problem as a teen. I would wear hooded sweatshirts to look a little bulkier. To gain more weight my doctor had me drink slim fast and carnation instant breakfast drinks WITH my meals to get extra vitamines and protien. I also used to wear longJohns under my jeans so I didn't look like "chicken legs". But that depends on where you live, if you can do that, you don't want a heat stroke in california by wearing longjohns undeer clothes.

If you are that thin and want to gain weight, but cant seem to you might want to go to a doctors and ask the the best way of putting on weight. I had a friend that was like that and they had her drink a lot of high calorie drinks.

Try wearing bulky sweaters and layering pieces, such as a button down under a sweater under a jacket. It will help you look a littler fuller. And if you need help gaining weight, you can find weight gain drinks and bars online and at health food stores. Also, lifting weights and doing other exercises like that will help you gain muscle, which increases your weight.

if ur anerxic skinny ur that try eating high calories food and desert and sit watching tv!!! and if u feel lazy u could do push ups to put those arms to work!!! to build meat there!!! u should fall deepily inlove and get a bf!!! and then have him cheat on u!@!1!! eat lots of chocolate cuz it cures everything!!!! or jus try popcorn or rice!!! things that will get meaty!!! wat's ur secret????
