Yes. The Bates Method has been around for nearly a century and has a long track record of success for permanently correcting numerous vision problems. Even people with horrible vision (-9.0 and worse) have been able to improve their vision significantly.
The medical establishment is taught that the eye is incapable of changing on its own and that the only way to correct for vision problems is through surgery or through lenses; however, how did the vision deteriorate in the first place? If a cornea is capable of becoming shorter or longer to make the vision worse, it's not unreasonable to think it could be capable of reversing that change.
Regardless of what the medical establishment says, many people have done it and have been able to live without their glasses. Make no mistake: it will take some effort and you will have to change the way you are used to seeing as bad vision is typically a result of bad vision habits. It may sound silly, but it's not all that outrageous a claim once you start to read up on things.
I've included a link for a book. Check out the reviews for far more information. The book is extremely detailed (perhaps too detailed at times) and goes into how the eye works, what does what, what tends to go wrong, and how to improve/correct your vision. It's not just a series of eye exercises: just the opposite in fact. It stresses relaxing your vision and not straining your eyes.
If you check it out and it doesn't work for you, it's still less than a pair of contacts and a fraction of the cost of a pair of glasses. If it does work for you, think about how much it'll save you over a lifetime and how much better it'll be to wake up every morning with clear vision.

You can improve your eyesight by simply learning, naturally and practicing the correct way to see for a few small minutes a day.
You can check this method based on a scientific researches : ( http://getyourvisionbacknow.keysolve.net )
If glasses are worn continuously over time the poor vision will generally become worse. Essentially what glasses do is lock the eyes into their refractive state and in order to see through your lenses you have to maintain the poor vision that the lenses are designed to correct.
"Restore my vision” program you'll be taken by the hand, it shows you how to improve your vision naturally, permanent and complete solution.
Even the American Optometric Association has been forced to admit these things! I'm sure that you will not regret your decision.

If you have poor vision, it is because your cornea is either longer or shorter than normal. If it is longer, you will be nearsighted , cant see far, the refractive lite will hit behind the retina, in nearsighted people, those that have problems at a closer range, the light will refract before the retina. There are no natural cures for this, no matter what you read. It is corrective lenses or laser surgery that will correct this. If you have a known eye dieseae remember this rule of thumb. The eye is like a camera. The pupil is the shutter, the lens is the focusing mechanism, the retina is the film, if there is a disease no matter what you do your picture will be fuzzy.

There are exercise that work. Depak Chopra gives some in his book. But i believe it'll take much work to see a change. Far more than i would be willing 2 do. Perhaps if ur focussed enough you'll be able to get there.

My experience was that you get sore eyeball muscles! They may help focus very slightly. The eye doctor tells me the lenses harden with age and that is the story. Strengthing your eyeball muscles is not going to flex the lenses apparently.

There's a reason that pirates would pierce their ears in the traditional place on the lobe.............. it is the reflexology point on the ear that represents the eyes and is supposed to stimulate better vision. Who knows if it works, but i only have my ear pierced on the left and that eye is stronger than the right!!??

Yeah, my cousin once tried it. One day he took off his glasses and didn't use them for a month. Then one day, finnaly, his eye-sight got better. Now he doesn't wear them at all. I don't know how it happened but I have never tried it myself. I still don't understand how it happened to him.
