I think Laila is a nice name but I don't know about Laila Nichole. I have some ideas for you. How about:

Laila Nicole is very pretty, I spell my name Laela. Here is a bit of trivia Laila with the soft blow of air at the end means night ending with a sort of backwards "a" with two-dots on top and Laila with the aah sound means a type of beautiful flower) the one with the squiggly line at the end.
