My dad was extremely hairy, but I have no hair on my chest or stomach. Your genetics can vary. My brother is very hairy also. You just never know.

Nothing wrong with it. I have two sons, one has very little hair like me, my other son has a lot of hair on his body which comes from my wife's side of the family. They are all pretty hairy, my side is not. Just depends on what genes you may have.

And what's your concern?
You happen to inherit a gene which grows more hair. There isn't a rule which states you have to be shorter, smaller, contain less hair, etc. than a parent. It happens...frequently.

I don't think anything of it. Everyone is different. Your dna isn't identical to your dad's it's part his and part your mom's. So the fact that it's different from his is not unusual.

You have half of your mothers genes also.....There may be some very hairy relatives on that side....I resemble my grandfather on my dads side, yet my grandfather on my mothers side was very hairy....luck of the draw!!

Why do you ask this question? Do you really want to upset your father? He will begin doubting ...
