Roman Emperors fed the poor bloody circus games to keep quiet. Powers-that-be feed current poor with TV and football games. Same old worn out recipe again and again. The Roman empire eventually crumbled down to a shambles from within without so many people rebellions, all things considered. Dunno the answer to your question but there is quite a number of symptoms that we're heading toward something like auto-destruction. Where's the darn Panic Button hidden anyway?

Maybe. But the rich can afford armies and better weaponry. Also, this may sound strange, but as the world gets richer the number of poor will shrink - eventually to the point where there might not be any left. Economic programs world-wide are slowly beginning to make inroads against poverty everywhere. A person with a full stomach is less likely to start a revolution against the people that can fill that stomach.

You've been tricked by Liberals, who are agents of the Right Wing, to divide society in half between what is really the 1% at the top and the 10% at the bottom. Both the rich and the poor deserve to be poor, under this coalition dictatorship of Liberal and Conservative ignorant, bossy snobs.

Actually, if you're thinking of the Bolsheviks in Russia, the revolution was not the "poor against the rich"; so I'm curious as to which moment in history you're referring to.
