You can only say you love her and she can either accept or reject...... unless she loves you, no question, no pleading will make her say she loves you. I somehow get a feeling that it may be too late already. Just be a man and tell her you love her and insist for an answer from her.

Very tricky, if you meet a french girl, pretend you do not know french and ask her to translate I love you in french, then you have her saying I love you in her own language, continue the same with every girl in the world then you get all of the nicest international girl saying I love you in their own language.

Damn Dude, your carrying a torch for this chick. If your drinking, don't talk to her till you're sober...trust me no drinking and dialing.
