regular coke works as well, but for a better pop rocket use Diet Coke and mentos.
go on youtube or google videos and you can find some good video examples.

Simply put a few mentos in a two litre of Diet Coke. Then record results.

What you do is you take a mento(S) and then you simply open the bottle of coke and drop the mento in then get out of there fast!!!!!!

Check out mythbusters!! Get a 2-liter bottle of DIET cola, set it on the ground (outside, where a mess won't matter) with the cap off, and drop a mentos in. It'll go everywhere!

diet coke then put 3 packs of methos in then put the lid back on then what about 5 seconds then throw it like a rugby ball lid first and the lid will brake litrely brake then it flys away like a rocket
but if it hits the side it explodes
so be cerfull
