Don't think so - breast tissue isn;t muscle so can't be exercised.
Just need to lose weight overall and hope the breasts reduce in proportion to the weight loss.

Oh god I totally know what you mean! I am a runner and have 34DD..... (125 lb) not exactly what you would call fun. I heard there are some pills that decrease the size, but I'm not sure if they actually work. It's funny, when a woman has huge breasts, she wants them gone. When a woman has small breasts, she will do almost anything to have bigger ones. Its a lose, lose situation. Sometimes losing weight helps for most people, but in my case I was unfortunately cursed with family genes. I know, It sucks but I think that the fastest and only way is surgery and don't worry, I have considered it as well :) But seeing how I am a poor college student, that doesn't help much. I heard if you complain of back problems, your insurance may cover it. Hmmmm.....

Speaking as owner of 44DD's, even when I lose a lot of
weight, that is the last thing to go. I think surgery is the
only answer.

just keep exercising...breasts can only get t a c max without surgery or fat...big boobs are fat..trust me i know...if you keep exercising you will loose the fat around them and unforetunately there are no specific exercises but just do a lot of fatburnning exercises and it will go in time

personallt i think you are being very sensible in looking at other options to surgery.
you could try a mini-miser bra from marks and spencers or any good underwear store...good luck
