I do not believe it will affect your unborn child, but you may want to consider what affects your hubby's alcoholism will have on you and your child after it is born. Hopefully he slows it down or God willing, stops before he has children to take care of.

No, as long as there is no STD you're fine. But if he's an alcoholic you may want to have him wear protection unless you're sure he's not cheatin.
