It's been said that fluids that come out before ejaculation (pre-come) can cause pregnancy. But, it's rare. I think it's more for lubrication. Actually I've heard there is a certain amount of urine in the pre-come which is a natural spermicide in itself. And since you're using spermicide you probably don't have to worry about it. The spermicide should last a few hours. I'd check on the tube to be sure.
If you're wondering if spermicide stops working when it dries out. It probably is still effective. Plus she probably has a good amount of her inside her from the condom.
Other factors for pregnancy. She has a better chance of getting pregnant in the two weeks before her period. The egg wont leave the ovary for about 10 days after her menstrual cycle ends, so during that time she has less of a chance of conceiving. I've also heard that sperm can stay alive in a woman's body for seven days.

First of all I would go to Walgreens or something and buy the morning after pill (PlanB). It is available over the counter. It is most effective when used within 72 hours of having sex. Second you will probably need to wait until you are closer to getting your period to take a test. Try and wait at least 3 weeks before taking the first one. You can always take a test after a week, but they are kind of expensive, so try and hold off as long as you can before you take the first one. Third, I think it is great that you are using spermicide condoms with the depo shot, BUT you should not be having sex if you aren't ready to deal with the possible consequences. You have a lot ahead of you still to take chances like an unwanted pregnancy. You are probably fine between all the different methods you are using. Try not to worry too much.

Consider using seperate lubrication instead of changing condoms OR use seperate spermicide. (When using seperate spermicide DO NOT use condoms with spermicide. Use plain or lubricated condoms)
LUBRICATION:
When using latex or polyurethane condoms ONLY use water based lubricant. Oil based lubricants will degrade condoms, including vaseline.
SPERMICIDE
Spermicide is available in foam, jelly, suppositories, films and sponges. Personally I find the films way to hard to use. They stick to fingers and are hard to position. I believe sponges are the most effective as they also act as a barrier.
How long before intercourse they have to be inserted, how long they are considered effective, and how long you must wait after sex to remove (sponge only) varies between kind and sometimes manufacturer. Always follow the instructions that come with the product. The sponge also acts as a barrier method and is generally more effective than spermicide on its own. Some further info: http://www.fda.gov/fdac/features/1997/babytabl.html
WITHDRAWAL:
Withdrawal (including sex between condoms) may be an effective form of birth control IF you follow the rules. Here they are:
IF
before penetration a man who has recently ejaculated urinates to get rid of any left over sperm.
the tip of the penis is wiped dry of lubricating fluid before penetration
the penis IS withdrawn BEFORE ejaculation
ejaculation occurs outside the vagina and well away from the vaginal opening
THEN
withdrawal has an approximately 80-90% effectiveness rate, or better.
BUT
control is difficult. This last minute method is risky. It offers NO protection from sexually transmitted infections, including HIV; even the pre-ejaculate fluid can contain infection along with sperm

OTHER METHODS:
Other barrier methods of birth control such a diaphrams, cervical caps, and Lea's Shield may be more appropriate than condoms for you and your partener. Some are available without a prescription. They are most effective if your partener has not previously had children. All of these barrier methods must be used with spermicide. As with all methods there are risks and benefits. Follow directions.
IUDs an option that many women do not consider, though most women who do use them are big fans. They do have many risks. More info here:
http://www.peelregion.ca/health/hsexual/htmfiles/bciud.htm
Hormonal Methods. Birth control pills, patches, rings, rods, injections, etc. I am sure you are aware of them.
Other behavioural methods: Fertility Awareness methods. From the basic rhythm method to natural family planning. These methods are effective when used properly. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fertility_awareness#Pregnancy_avoidance
SUMMARY
Discuss your birth control options with a doctor or nurse. (Planned Parenthood is a great resource). There are side effects and benefits to each method and not all methods are right for everyone. Condoms, for example, do not seem like a great method for you.
However, if you are serious about not becoming pregnant use two methods of birth control. Birth control all have failure rates, however using two methods greatly reduces the chances as both generally do not fail at the same time.

No, the spermicide isn't guaranteed between condoms. You may looking into spermicidal foam (contraceptive foam) it'll serve the dual purpose of killing any stray sperm in between condom use and lubrication. There is often more sperm found in your pre-ejaculate after you've ejaculated shortly before.
There is also the contraceptive sponge that will last for 24hrs. It has built in spermicide as well.

Luckly this is a great solution for premature ejaculation http://EndPrematureEjaculation.enle.info/?U1UN
A guy always cums fast when its their first time. and especially if he's been waiting for a long time. Guys are erect at least 5 times a day so what I would do is some foreplay until he ejaculates or the both of you for that matter its not fair that he has orgasms and you don't so get him to do you first and then once you finish he will be more than ready for his orgasm. then use a condom because that cuts down the sensations for him if he feels he is about to come prematurely then tell him to come out and do some more foreplay on you so he has time to calm down. the condom should work but if you want a baby tell him to take the condom of before ejaculation and then finish in you. the longer you wait to make him come with foreplay the quiker it will be because he has to get it out of him.
He also does need time because you are the only one he has been with so once he gets used to it, you can really enjoy it once he gets his techniques down pat. Tell him what you like. Get some books and videos also until you both are experienced. Or you could even have a quickie in the morning, when you get home and then at night. he will diffently last longer because his mind has been free twice already. You get on top of him and you control the situation. Also my boyfriend tells me that he thinks about none sexual things for a while to help control him, tell him to think about a sport or something that calms him. If that doesn't work then just do IT over until you are satisfied
