Yes you can. A girl must ovulate (release an egg) from her ovary each month before her period. See, here is a short lesson on the female body...
Girl ovulates, egg is released, takes about 24 hours to come down through the fallopian tube into the uterus. If Girl had sex even 5 days prior to ovulation there is the possibility that she could be pregnant. Sperm can stay alive inside of Girl for up to 5 days. If the sperm and the egg meet and implant into the uterine lining, then Girl is pregnant. If the sperm and the egg do not meet, then in about 2 weeks the uterus sheds its lining causing a "period".
So to fully answer your question, yes because if Girl would have sex just before she was to ever start her period, she could have ovulated and never knew it.

Yes you can get pregnant if you have never had a period. You must ovulate in order to get pregnant. You ovulate before you get your period. If this girl who is claiming to be pregnant without ever having had her period she could have had sex right before she was going to get her first period while she was ovulating.

Sure you can. It is unlikely but very possible. If you have sex right before you ovulate for the first time, you could be pregnant.
I have a real problem with any man (boy, obviously) who has sex with an immature girl. If she hasn't had her period, she is still a child. That is disgusting. It is disgusting to have a 12 year old pregnant too. Please pass that along.

yes -- please let your friend know that you can get pregnant before your first period. this applies to your "first" period after childbirth as well.

Biologically impossible. If she doesn't get her period then her body is not yet ready for ovulation and everything else that comes along with it.
