What would you get done?
I would get a tummy tuck, knee lipo, collegen or restalin lip injections, and a boob lift.

I'd get lipo in a few different areas, (butt, thighs, stomach, back?, and maybe knees... taking your idea... lol)
permanent hair removal from the neck down (not that I have a lot, but it'd be nice to be totally unfuzzy...lol)
lip injections on top lip, the bottom one is nice and full already :)
removing a little cartilage from the tip of my pointy nose
But of course, I'm not extremely unhappy with what nature gave me.

I would get butt implants seriously I mean my bottom is cute but I would like a bottom that makes traffic stop. Everything else is pretty much in tact.
And for those that say they don't mind the way they are come on we all have a little flaw deep down inside we wish we could change. And haven't we all seen someone that had those full gorgeous lips or that cute little nose or those nice perky boobs..??? I know they have and wished theirs look similar or even identical to those.

If I had decided to take advantage of it, I think I would get all the fat sucked out of me (from all over), get a boob lift and maybe a little reduction, get them fixed so they won't look weird, get my lips and possibly my face done, and maybe a few other procedures I won't mention here. But still make it so I look real and not fake. There's always little odds and ends.

Tummy tuck. I'm really self conscious about the little roll where they cut me for my c-section.
I'd probably also get my boobs reduced. They're perky enough- I just don't like being a C cup- I'd rather be a B.

I wouldn't go as far as to say I am perfect ... but I'm pretty much near enough ... nah I ain't ..
Anyway my view is that only have surgery if you actually need it. I've had brain surgery and its not exactly pleasant and really wouldn't want someone altering my body just because it'll enhance my figure.

All of the above & more- eye lift, lipo on the thighs & butt - there'd be so much left over skin I could have a twin!!

I would have NOTHING done.
I HATE fake-looking people
I can spot plastic surgery (boobs, noses, face-lifts) and also fake hair
a mile away
I would much rather see ORIGINAL, all NATURAL people, even if they are not perfect
I'm sick of seeing Barbie-doll tan-orexics with fixed facial expressions, basketball-sized boobs, and trout lips!

I will love to have my tummy tuck, more ***, boob lift, nose job, hair removed, and back of my neck for stright up.
