What could it be? And why did the Homeland security spokesman Russ Knocke say "There is no credible intelligence to suggest an imminent threat to the homeland or to Austin at this time,"? Terrorists are killing our birds now? How retarded.

Hey, I'm wondering it to. The Legislature just opened today. I'm at Congress and 17th street and our building is open, but there's helicopters and cop cars everywhere. The whole of Congress is shut down from 11th Street to Cesar Chavez. That's billion dollar real-estate and all those businesses are closed. It seems pretty serious.

We heard there were a bunch of dead birds and some sick cops.

The dead birds are freaky!!

What on earth would cause a bunch of birds to die all of a sudden????

I hope the officials in charge are looking at every possible cause, including terrorism of some kind. Maybe something was released in the atmosphere that was strong enough to kill the birds, but not humans???

Weird!
