Traditionally, brown shoes were a navy suit no-no but that rule really only applies to light brown shoes. Many people suggest wearing black shoes, the conventional choice, but I highly favour a pair of well-polished, sophisticated dark brown shoes. It's a bit more modern and trendy and brown shoes will offset the navy beautifully.
Even GQ recommends dark brown shoes!

I would wear either navy or dark brown shoes with a navy blue suit.

is it solid blue? If so, really anything...also whats the occasion? tone it down with brown or black for work. if there is another color in the suit like a pin stripe? i would match the stripe with my shoes...unless its white (labor day rules ya know)...then i would stick to the blue. Is it non-work? Go for some flair, dull silver or gold (be sure to pair these with matching accessories!)

never wear black with navy...it looks like you mismatched or are colour blind. best option is a well matched navy or my favorite is tan, cognac or dark brown. other options depend on the style of the suit. cream, red or colour of the top you are wearing could also work.

As a guy, stick to black, brown, or gray.
As a woman, black or nude/tan coloured shoes; depending on the season, white and red shoes look great too!!!

Hi there I think all black shoes are best, it will look really sharp. Or you could do a flav of flav thing and go white lol but In my opinion go with the black and you will look hot.

well...i think you should wear red shoe. i mean it defends on the style but navy goes well with red.
