I'm not a fan of Paisley at all. I have never heard this name before, and to me, it doesn't sound like a real name. It sounds more like a description word.

It seems that Paisley is getting a bad rub and it shouldn't be so. Paisley is also a type of a fabric, yet it is also a Celtic-Gaelic unisexed name that means no more than the word church.
I like it. I also like the name Delaney.
Othe names off hand are: Clara Danielle, Gentry Rose and Deanna Marie.

I am not a big fan of Paisley. I do like Delaney. Other possible girly girl names:

My cousin just had a baby and they named their daughter Paisley...it's an OK name, but wouldn't be at the top of my list. I always wanted to name my baby Daisy. I just thought it was so pretty. Don't know if that's quite the suggestion you were looking for, but I tried to help!

Paisley sounds weird but Maliya and Delaney is good they are unique names. You should try posting your names on www.babyzone.com babyname polls. You wouldn't have to deal with people obscene answers. Good Luck

Honestly I don't like that name at all. First of all its a pattern and second of all that pattern makes me think of old people. So I'd say go with your husband on this one.
Malia is a cute name. I like that one, I also like Meilanie, Mia, Alessandra.

Paisley sounds like an interesting color, but it depends how you match it. I would choose something like:
Mary Amber
Michelle Paisley
Cecilia Marie
or Dianne Melissa
just some other choices.
