You should have a tracking number to find the status of a ups shipment. Is this your tracking number? It usually is a longer number. check out the ups website, maybe there is more information available there for you.
good luck

If you have a UPS Tracking Number for that order (a lot of online places will supply you with one when your order ships), you can go to:
http://www.ups.com/WebTracking/track?loc=en_US&WT.svl=PriNav
and enter the Tracking Number to track your shipment. It may take up to a day from the date the order was shipped for your shipment information to become available online.
