ok right now iv got ONE graphics card (xfx 7900) , if i buy a new one (xfx 8800) could i use my old one as a physX card ? if it will work would it work if i had a X1950XT (ati) with a 7900 as a physX card ?

No you cannot. The PhysX card runs with it's own driver/software and has hardware that identifies it as a PhysX card.

You cannot use a GPU as a PhysX card at this time, since the hardware is missing on the GPU's.
