It's definitely Sweden. The wealth of a country is measured by (nominal GDP per capita) Revenues divided by the number of residents (Sweden has a higher revenue, but also more inhabitants). In the Netherlands this number is just a bit lower than in Germany, and Sweden has even a higher income (due to IKEA and Nokia???).
