Yes...with a few different guys and it never works. Leopards can't change their spots as they say!! You always want to believe the best in people - but bottom line -- we are who we are.

I've given a few different relationships a second chance and none of them worked out. I was being lazy, not wanting to take the time to get to know someone new. Eventually did and it was the best thing I could have done. We're still together!

I've tried going back with an ex-girlfriend on a couple of occasions. But there is a reason an ex is an ex. You end up re-hashing old issues and arguments and end up just like you did when you first broke up. It's not worth it. There are a couple of women I dated and we broke up due to bad timing or whatever, that I would've liked to try it with again. But again, things happen for a reason. There is always a reason things didn't work out the first time that will eventually resurface the second time around.

Not just a second time, but a few more after that. And no, it did not work out & I should have followed my instincts.

3 times, and all of them after the passage of many years. things had changed about us, and the renewed relationships failed for new reasons.
